Treatment Dosage
Recommended Usage by
Concentration
7.5% Concentration
- One or two 30-minute sessions daily
- OR two 15-minute sessions daily
9.5% Concentration
- One 45-minute session daily
- OR one 30-minute session daily
Application
How to Apply
Your Whitening Gel
- 01Place small gel drops in each tray compartment for your treated teeth
- 02Insert the tray with gel carefully around your teeth
- 03Wipe any excess gel from your mouth using a tissue or soft toothbrush
- 04Keep the tray in place for your prescribed treatment duration
- 05Remove the tray and rinse both the tray and your mouth with lukewarm water

What to Avoid
During Treatment
Do NOT:
- Eat
- Drink
- Smoke
After Treatment
- Wait at least 2 hours before smoking
For 48 Hours After
Avoid strongly coloured foods and drinks:
- Coffee & tea
- Red wine
- Berries
- Tomato sauce
Sensitivity
Mild Sensitivity
is Normal
Some patients experience mild sensitivity during whitening — this is a normal and temporary response. It will not affect your final results.
If Sensitivity Occurs
- Take a break between sessions
- Shorten each session duration
- This will not affect your final results
